It allows business owners to list their business information online.

It also allows anyone to search for Singapore businesses online with our online.

This Singapore SME business directory is another online business platform that allows your business to connect with thousands of potential customers daily, searching for your business contact and information.

Any business with a valid UEN or Business Registration Number with ACRA Singapore, is welcome to list your registered business on Yellow Pages Singapore SME Business Telephone directory.

We would need a valid registered live company or business with ACRA Singapore, authorised person, its valid contact number and email address to list your business in our directory.

This will allow us to validate and contact you accordingly if verification is required.

Registration / Claiming Your Business

You would just need to click List With Us on the menu bar. Select the price plan that is best suitable for your business. Follow the steps to complete your business listing.

Do note that you will be prompted to register for an user account during the registration process.

Yes, registration of an user account is mandated prior to listing your business. This will allow you to update any changes to your company information or upgrade your listing subscription anytime, anywhere.

All listing will be published within 3 to 5 working days after validation of company and user account information, including receipt of payment if you sign up a paid annual listing package.

Paid business listing can be further enhanced and standout among others (priority listing display), when more company information is being provided.

You can choose from various paid annual listing packages , including customising your business listing with our custom plan.

Types of additional add on information includes but not limited to company logo, Chinese business name, operating hours, branches, subsidiary or overseas offices, social media link.

Paid listing will be given the priority to be featured, that differentiate the listing from others.

For paid listing, the business listing will be renewed annually.

Yellow Pages Pte Ltd reserves the right to delist any listing if the business is no longer operating as "Live" company.

You are required to call us +65 6230 8277, or by email (for business listing matter): [email protected], with supporting documents, that includes but not limited to:

1, Company ACRA,

2, Copy of the authorised person ID,

3, Any proof of billing to substantiate business operating address,

4, Any other documentation that substantiate you own the business.

We will revert accordingly once all the conditions have been satisfied, in allowing you to claim the business.

Yes, you can upgrade your listing. We have different price plans to choose from. Please follow this step by step guide to upgrade your business listing accordingly.

There are a few possibilities why you are not successful in listing your business listing.

1, Your business listing could have existed in our directory. Please search if your business listing does appear.

If it does, please proceed to claim ownership of your business listing.

You are only able to proceed to sign up a plan to list your business listing after Yellow Pages Records team has successful verified your claim ownership request.

2, Your user account or email submitted could have been registered for another business listing or subscriber to our website.

Please use the user account credential submitted previously to claim ownership of the business listing as illustrated in point 1 above.

Billing

All paid listings will be listed in the directory for 12 months.

Annual renewal is available once payment is received.

Yes, an email notification will be activated at least 30 days to your registered email address, prior to expiry of the subscription.
Your business listing will be downgraded to free listing, if you fail to renew. The information displayed will be name of business and operating address.

Yes, you can ask for refund by writing in to [email protected], within 3 days from date of payment. No refund will be provided thereafter.

All refunded amount will be after less any administrative charges or fee imposed by Stripe (for credit card payment) or PayNow (for interbank direct payment).

Yes, Yellow Pages Singapore does offer other payment mode. That includes PayNow and Interbank Transfer.
